We are only renting the downstairs unit which consists of 1 bedroom with living room, kitchen area, dining area and 1 full bathroom (Maximum of 2 people). The house sits atop an ocean front cliff, but there are stairs to the beach down below, about 54 yards away from the house. The house has a wooden deck where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful Baja sunsets; there is plenty of things to do in the area and there are many venues within 2 minute drive, such as the Rosarito zip lines just 1 minute away, a great sushi restaurant called Collectivo Sushi just one minute away, the new Madres restaurant right across the street and award winning Marea Alta restaurant right outside the compound; the Valle of Guadalupe is about 35 minutes away and the border about 55 minutes drive. It can be rented by the day, by the weekend and by the month for short term (maximum of 3 months).
